Warranty & Guarantee Policy

At Avaaya, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we sell.

We understand that some brands offer their own manufacturer warranties. To ensure our customers receive equivalent protection, Avaaya will honor a warranty equal to the original manufacturer’s warranty under the following conditions:

• The item must have been purchased directly from the Avaaya storefront on Amazon.

• The customer must provide valid proof of purchase (Amazon order confirmation or receipt).

• The warranty claim must fall within the scope and duration of the manufacturer’s original warranty.

• The customer must provide documentation or proof of the manufacturer’s warranty terms at the time of the claim.

If these conditions are met, Avaaya will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty standards.

This policy is provided solely by Avaaya and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the product’s manufacturer or brand owner.
