Q: How long will my delivery take if I request free delivery?
A: Your order will be processed within 1 working day and should be with you within 3-4 working days from the date of placing the order.
Q: How long will my delivery take if I request a fast track delivery?
A: Your order will be processed within 1 working day and should be with you within 2 working days from the date of placing the order.
Q: Can I choose my delivery time/date?
A: There isn’t a facility that currently offers this option.
Q: I can't guarantee that I will always be home to accept my delivery. Can you deliver to my workplace or a different address?
A: Yes we can; you are able to specify an alternate address for delivery during the checkout process.
Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: It will be delivered and tracked via Royal Mail and a signature will always be required.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched and will include a tracking number.
Q: I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?
A: An automated email would have been sent to the email address that was submitted. If a confirmation email is not received within 24 hours of the order being placed please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal!
Q: At the checkout you are asking for a security code; where can I find this?
A: The Card security code is the last three digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card. For American Express cards, this will be the four digits on the front of the card.
Q: When will you take payment?
A: Payment will be taken when you place the order.
Q: How many items can I order?
A: As many as you wish!
Q: The item is showing as sold out, will you be re-stocking the items soon?
A: We always try to re-stock our popular pieces but sometimes this is not possible. We always say "if you can't stop thinking about it, buy it!"
Q: I am a blogger and would love to collaborate with you guys. How do I get in touch?
A: We love to hear from bloggers; email us at email@example.com and we will be in touch. You could even be in on the chance to guest blog for us (how exciting!!)
Q: Can I exchange or return items?
A: Please refer to the returns policy.
Q: How should I store my jewellery items?
A: Plated jewellery can damage if constantly exposed to open air. We advise for you to keep the pieces stored in a cool dry place. Our complimentary jewellery boxes are perfect for you to organise and store your AVAAYA collection.
Q: I've ordered two of the same jewellery pieces but they are slightly different. Is that normal?
A: All of our jewellery range are hand crafted which can cause slight variations in colour and size. We have ensured that you will receive only the best of the best!
